Kyrie Eleison, Christe Eleison – JESUS CHRIST’s HUMILITY

In Mark’s Gospel, chapter 10, 17-18 (How to obtain Eternal Life):

As Jesus started on his way, a man ran up to him and fell on his knees before him.

– Good teacher, he asked, what must I do to inherit eternal life?

– Why do you call me good? Jesus answered. No one is good – except only one God Himself.

The same answer you can find at Luke 18/18-19.

At Matthew 19/16-17, it appears instead “good” (“Teacher, what good thing shall I do?…) and “Good” (… the Good is the only One.).

So “good” as a notion is clearly and exhaustively defined.

God the Father Himself is the “good”.

He and only He is good.

Him, the God – only.

This is it.

There is no reply to Jesus’ answer.

And, yet, how many times do we ask ourselves why the good things we do are not justly repaid?

Why isn’t glorified our kindness, we tent to consider exemplary?

Or is it exemplary only our lack of humility within God?

Because, yet, the reword exists.

Ask Jesus Christ and you will find out.

No doubt.

But it is possible, if you will ask your computer, or if you will watch TV or listen to the radio, or read the news-papers, or you listen to the world you live in, especially today, yes, it is possible to find out that you are… a god.

Very good.

Thus I’m whispering only:

Kyrie eleison, Christe eleison.

Only that.

… dusty, dusty road…/

the sun is white – yes, coolness/

…in the green graveyard…”

In Evanghelia dupa Marcu, capitolul 10, 17-18 (Bogatiile si Imparatia Lui Dumnezeu):

Acelasi raspuns il gasesti in Luca 18/18-19.

Sa fie insa exemplara doar lipsa umilintei noastre intru Dumnezeu?

Caci totusi, rasplata exista.

Bun.Tare bun.

Astfel eu sopetesc doar:

Kyrie elison, Christe eleison.

Doar atit.

… drumul prafuit…/

soare alb – da, racoarea/

verde-n cimitir …”
