I BOW DOWN MY HEART – WHERE ARE YOU GOD ?!

/A POEM ABOUT MY FAMILY …/

PLECACIUNEA INIMII MELE – UNDE ESTI DUMNEZEU ?!

***

Motto:

… when, in the 7-th day, God decided to rest – then He decided to be Jesus Christ..

Then, He decided that the Love will be over the Law…”

(Theophil Magus)

I BOW DOWN MY HEART – WHERE ARE YOU GOD?

I – I do not exist…

I – I exist…

I – I, really?…

this “I” – yes, worms swarming of the impossible…

this “I” – yes, worms of doubts about heaven and earth…

this “I” – yes, worms: cogito ergo sum into the betrayal of yourself…

I – oh, pornography monster of instant by instant daily life…

I – oh, Sphinx of wisdom as the politics of the Sex idolatry …

I – oh, universal obscenity under the unknown name of a saint or angel…

this “I” – hey, did you ask somebody if you are you or I am I ?…

this “I” – hey, you obsessed by fitness, diet, freedom and forgot by God ?…

this “I” – hey, you, a spit on Internet howling your impotence now forever?…

I – if tomorrow I’ll die I am not even the burden of my coffin…

I – if tomorrow I’ll love I am not even the butterfly of my dream…

I – if tomorrow I’ll pray I am not even the blind pilgrim…

this “I” – when I whip myself, when I die, when I cry: help !…

this “I” – when I weep, when I laugh, when blues desperation-blues I sing…

this “I” – when I believe, when I don’t believe, when… who am I ?…

I and this “I” – I bow down my heart: where are You God?…

… the giant river/

of dark silver in winter…/

Christ walking on water…”

PLECACIUNEA INIMII MELE – UNDE ESTI DUMNEZEU ?!

eu – nu exist …

eu – exist…

eu – oare ?…

Leonard Oprea created the Breathing, an original type of essay in Romanian and world literature. The Breathing is a short, simple yet profound meditation on human condition, a meditation ended by a haiku.
